The last list had alot of people like......huh? Well this one will probably do the exact same thing. My question is how did Andre 3000, and 50 Cent beat out TI? Andre hasn't even released anything since those few guest appearances last year and 50 Cent has been in hide out since Kanye beat him out in sales. Everything else I pretty much agree with though.
