For all those who thought R. Kelly's pending case was finally going to be brought to court, think again. It has been 5 years since R. Kelly was arrested for having sex with a girl who was 14 years old and it has yet to be brought to court. The trial was going to begin on September 17 but the judge decided to reschedule. The judge decided to postpone the trial after hearing the lead prosecutor had just had a baby and wouldn't be ready to be in court on the set date. The RnB singer was charged with 21 counts of child pornography and if convicted could serve up to 15 years. A new court date has not been set.
